TOTE Services Awarded Government Contract

Maritime Administration (MARAD) has been awarded contract for the management of the Cape Horn and Cape Hudson to TOTE Services.

TOTE Services has been notified that the Maritime Administration (MARAD) has completed its evaluation of RFP Solicitation No. DTMA8R02012001 and awarded contract for the management of the Cape Horn and Cape Hudson to TOTE Services. This award was based on excellent Technical and Past Performance ratings, combined with price, and was considered to be the best value solution to the US Government. This is the 3rd government contract to be awarded TOTE Services during the past year, with the other two being the MSC contract for the USNS SBX-1, and the subsequent MSC contract for the USNS VADM KR Wheeler.
