National Security Multi-Mission Vessels (NSMV)
TOTE Services is the vessel construction manager (VCM) for the NSMV fleet, constructing world-class National Security Multi-Mission Vessels on time, as designed, and advancing the education of future merchant marines. This MARAD program ensures the U.S supports the economic and national security needs through safe and efficient maritime operations.
