An experienced leader with more than four decades in the maritime industry, Todd Malloy leads ship management for Military Sealift Command vessels operated by TOTE Services. In this role, he is responsible for operations, contract management and budgeting for critical national security vessels.
Since joining TOTE Services in 2013, Todd has directed operations and maintenance for several vessel contracts, ensuring strong safety performance, environmental stewardship, cost control and personnel management.
Todd is a U.S. Navy veteran, and he served as Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff for an aircraft carrier strike force of seven ships, 75 aircraft and 6,000 personnel, with an operational budget of $100 million. He also served as Commanding Officer of three U.S. Navy ships and as Commander of Naval Station Newport, Rhode Island.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Naval Academy. He earned two master’s degrees: one in strategic planning from the Naval Postgraduate School and one in international security affairs from the Naval War College.
He lives in Washington with his wife, Denise. They have four adult children, three of whom are active-duty Navy officers.
