Kelly Scott serves as Director of Ship Management. He has 25 years of experience in marine engineering, vessel operations, and the delivery of complex fleet and shipyard initiatives across commercial shipping and repair environments.
During his career, Kelly has held senior leadership roles spanning shipboard engineering, port engineering, shipyard craft management and fleet technical oversight. He joined TOTE Services in 2017 as LNG Conversion Port Engineer, providing technical oversight of the project to convert the Orca class vessels to operate primarily on LNG.
Kelly’s technical background covers alternative fuels, propulsion and auxiliary systems, regulatory frameworks, and planned maintenance programs, complemented by strong capabilities in project execution, digital tooling and continuous improvement.
Kelly studied marine engineering at British Columbia Institute of Technology and is based in Tacoma, Washington.
