Hayden Roberts serves as Director of Business Development for TOTE Services, where he leads initiatives to expand the company’s presence across vessel construction, ship management and ownership solutions. He also oversees the company’s marketing and contracting departments, aligning TOTE Services’ commercial strategy, brand positioning and contracting activities to support continued growth. In his role, he helps advance TOTE Services’ leadership in revitalizing the U.S. maritime industry by delivering solutions for complex maritime problems.
Roberts began his TOTE career in 2016 as a licensed deck officer and later advanced to Fleet Port Captain, where he led ship operations, technical performance and regulatory compliance. His combination of operational expertise and disciplined leadership ensures TOTE Services projects are both technically sound and commercially successful.
Roberts holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. He also holds a U.S. Coast Guard License as Master of Unlimited Tonnage Vessels Upon Oceans. A native of Atlantic Beach, Florida, he lives in Jacksonville with his wife and daughter.
