Dan Toscano brings decades of experience to his role since graduating from the State University of New York Maritime college. As a mariner, Dan worked with Military Sealift Command supporting the US Navy fleets and the Oil and Gas industry’s offshore drilling and exploration. Dan Achieved his US Coast Guard Master’s License along the way and continues to maintain his license.
Dan joined TOTE Services in 2017 as a Fleet Port Captain and has held multiple positions including Director of Safety of Operations for TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico and earned his MBA from the Coggin School of Business at the University of North Florida and was named Vice President of HSQE in 2024. Dan supports the entire TOTE Services team so they may return to their families and loved ones at the end of each workday. He believes strong relationships with Colleagues, stakeholders, regulators and customers is key to maintaining a world class safety culture. Dan aligns his vision every day he serves the TOTE Group organization.
Dan supports local charities including Dreams Come True, Take Stock in Children and held a position on the CSR Board while at TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico.
