TOTE SERVICES ANNOUNCES MAJOR REORGANIZATION

TOTE Services will add technical management of Sea Star Line and Totem Ocean Trailer Express vessels to its ship management portfolio.

October 25. Moorestown, NJ

TOTE Services, Inc. President Phil Greene today announced a major reorganization of the company that will add technical management of Sea Star Line and Totem Ocean Trailer Express vessels to its ship management portfolio. Additional department realignments will streamline key management functions across the organization. These organizational changes go into effect on January 1, 2014.

Coincident with these organizational changes, TOTE Services will shift its headquarters location from Moorestown, NJ to Jacksonville, FL. This move will bring TSI closer to new customers, make room for an expanded business base, and reduce long term overhead and facilities costs. The relocation is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2014 and be complete by July 1st.

Commenting on these moves, Phil Greene said, “These are exciting times for TOTE Services. We are moving rapidly to improve our competitiveness, increase our business base, and enhance the quality of life for our employees today and in the future.
