MV Vadm K. R. Wheeler is a Military Sealift Command Offshore Petroleum Distribution System and is part of the 31 ships in Military Sealift Command’s Prepositioning Program. The supply/crew boat, M/V Fast Tempo, accompanies and services the Wheeler at all times. Both vessels fully managed by TOTE Services, Inc.
