Follow the steps below to be setup as a vendor in our system. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to be in touch with your point of contact or Accounts Payable.

Step 1: Download and complete the below documents to your point of contact (the person who sent you the link to this page)

Step 2: Scan and send a copy of all of these documents to your TOTE contact

Once you have been entered into our system, the contact person listed on the vendor form will receive an email notification that you are now an approved TOTE vendor.
