TOTE Services Announces Leadership Transition

June 12, 2017 – After nearly 27 years with TOTE Services, Mitch Walker, Vice President Marine Operations, Government & Commercial, retired on June 1st. “Mitch’s steady leadership, in depth vessel management experience and unwavering support for the TOTE Services family near and far will be missed” noted Phil Greene, President of TOTE Services.

Captain Jeff Dixon, incoming Vice President, Marine Operations, Government & Commercial, joined TOTE Services on May 1, 2017, after a distinguished USCG active duty career spanning 27 years. Most recently Captain Dixon served as Sector Commander Jacksonville, FL. In that capacity he exercised Captain of the Port authority over the area encompassing 44,000 square miles of ocean and inland waterways from Kings Bay, GA to Port Malabar, FL, including the three strategic ports of St Mary’s/Fernandina, Jacksonville, and Port Canaveral.

During his career, Capt. Dixon served over ten years at sea in addition to providing leadership support for a variety of kay organizational initiatives. “I am pleased to be joining the TOTE Services team and excited to work with the men and women who manage and oversee a diverse fleet of ships around the world” noted Dixon.
