President and CEO
RADM (USN, Ret.) Phil Greene joined the TOTE executive team in September 2012, and was named President & CEO of TOTE Services, Inc. in February 2013. Phil’s active duty navy career spanned over 32-years during which he was privileged to command two surface combatants, a destroyer squadron and a combined joint task force. Prior to joining TOTE Phil was honored to serve as the eleventh superintendent of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, N.Y., and then was appointed to the U.S. Department of Transportation Chair at the National Defense University, Washington, D.C.
Phil is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, and earned advanced degrees from the National War College and the Naval Postgraduate School. In addition, he holds a merchant marine license as master (oceans, any gross tonnage).
